Sniper Blanks? Bungie you can't be a FPS with out hit registration!
The last double snipe, you will notice the guy with fusion is one shot with a sniper, the round goes through his body...no damage. I snipe a second time to the body and he dies and we trade... shouldn't be an issue, fix hit registration!
