You have killed my love of your game and your franchise. Now look, I'm not going to complain about the story for being too short, or the lore that has been trampled over. No, I'm going to touch on the thing that finally killed it (for me personally) The gear. Years ago, D1 vanilla is out. Dark below just dropped, people were up in arms over the amount of content it had, they felt a little ripped off, now keep in mind they added a [b]NEW[/b] set of armor for pvp and pve vendors, (that includes iron banner, factions, etc.) a bunch of new guns, a bunch of [b]NEW[/b] Exotics and a different raid with an entire set of armor and weapons to get. Now flash forward to now, we get the same gear we've had since vanilla D2 launch just with some flair added like thats enough to warrent calling it "new". A couple of reskinned guns and a single new set of armor. (that looks like trash but beside the point) A "new" raid activity which *spoiler alert* isnt new. Yea its new mechanics but it isnt a new raid. I'm tired of this cabal motiff, the game has all this wonderful lore and beautiful planets and we get this gold and purple turd that has a robot emperor that is giving us gear because......? Why exactly? Oh and if you actually expect any new cool end game gear for your "new" raid activity, well I got some news for you. Nothing. They added nothing new for CoO so im not excactly holding my breath for this one. The worst part is that this is dlc #2! They already made this mistake with CoO and had time to do things about it but I guess decided that they only want to actually try for the $40 dlc's. Now, how can a company that says "we hear you, were listening" not see that they are killing their game by undercutting the already thin dlc?
