I downloaded the new dlc and the money was taken from my account but I am still being asked to purchase it again. when I try to purchase it I get an error code saying I am not eligible to purchase this content. I cannot contact bungie so I cannot get my money back. any solutions?

You’ll have to reach out to PlayStation customer support as they manage store as well as own your PSN ID and all the licenses associated with it. https://support.us.playstation.com
