1. Meet new people to play with
2. It's a predominantly online experience. Why you feel the way you do makes sense. You were given a tool chest but you only care to hammer things... eventually you will run out of nails.
3. There is a rather solid solo progression. I advise you try playing 3 different characters. This will provide you with enough content.
4. Games are about systems and mechanics. Play the game for what it is and don't be upset if it's not what YOU want.
5. There are other games out there that provide a strong solo experience. Support the industry at large and play those games and stop trying to change this one, please.

Im not complaining about the actual game play here. And I have decided to finally finish out Fallout 4 DLC, and also hop back into warframe.

hmm heres the problem with your critique. since D1 its been about 15-20% who have actually EVER done a raid . i think trials is the same. so even if we assume these same 15-20% are still playing ( though i would dispute that greatly) most of my friends who i used to raid with long since stopped. you now have a situation where bungie is changing their game to suit at very best 15-20% . this is a recipe for failure. you honeslty cant believe the game will be supported by such small numbers and survive. my guess is they do this now then realise they cant market a game thats openly hostile to solo players which are clearly a very large portion of people who might be potential customers and swing back the other way. the problem might well be by that point those solo players have such a bitter taste they decide to tell bungie to stick it right up their arse. i know i will.
