Light level is 349 and I've been stuck at 340 drops for two weeks. I've raided and had a raid chest piece drop that brought my level up by 1, and all my weapons have dropped at 340. I've completed all my weekly milestones and run heroic strikes and nightfall almost daily. Is it a glitch in the game or is this just how it is?
