This is why i dont play IB D1 was much better as you could shout at the TV when someone who got less kills that you got a better drop. But seriously, I played IB to get more powerful loot, not cosmetic costumes. If IB in D2 granted a powerful engram (per character) after reaching rank X (whatever it is now) then I would probably play.
