Entering the final portion of the encounter adds spawned, but boss was not present. After killing adds and searching around a bit, noticed a radar ping near where you enter the encounter. Eventually discovered that the boss was stuck inside the wall through which you enter the encounter. Unsure of cause, have not attempted to replicate, platform is PC.
