Warmind Bug w/ Resonate Stems - Destiny 2
Cannot combine Resonate Stems to create an Override Frequency. Says I have 13/4 but there is no "F" button to combine it. Tried restarting game and that didn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

My friend was experiencing that on his hunter. He had to switch characters to continue. Seemed to be bugged for his hunter.
