My brain needs about 8 hours sleep or I feel tired during the day. I can extend the sleep time to maybe 10-11 hours until it gets pretty difficult or impossible to fall asleep. But then I feel kinda warm and my head hurts a little.
Why can I not sleep longer? Like 24 hours or a week? Why does my brain say stop? Why mother nature!?!?!?

It is horrible to sleep long. Trust me I sleep long and in the morning (or afternoon in my case) it is awful that a whole day went by sleeping through it.
