Ever since that hotfix error occurred last week, other players weren't able to log on to the servers due to that occurring thus hindering their progress on ranking up for this rally. I wasn't able to get back on until the middle of this week and I missed out on reaching rank 50 for Dead Orbit. Players have also reported that armor ornaments are bugged due to the progression not continuing further or being lost. Three rallies this season isn't going to cut it since this has happened. We should have an extra rally this season to make up for those who weren't able to reach rank 50 with a certain faction or to redo the challenge for the ornaments that were bugged/not unlocked.
