I used to look forward to Iron Banner but now it's another thing that's pushing me away from this game. The past 3 matches have been nothing but tryhards that take a match like it's a Trials match where they HAVE to go flawless. What makes it even worse is that the matches are usually Control which is one of the game types I absolutely hate as much as these sweaty players. Hell in the past 3 matches I've played, they controlled pretty much the entire map along with the points and heavy ammo within 5 minutes. Is this supposed to be fun? Frankly I haven't enjoyed a single match in the slightest which sucks too because I really like the Iron Banner armor and weapons. But to put the little cherry on this caveat, reputation with Saladin levels up sooooo agonizingly slow that getting a single engram from him will most likely take me 5 or more of those Trials of the Nine matches. Oh I meant Iron Banner control. What would make these grueling matches slightly more endurable is if Iron Banner items dropped from them or if you could buy the armor with coins. But no. Gotta endure the sweaty players.
