I just got matched against a DDOSer in competitive. Me and my teammate were kicked right in the beginning of match, so I couldn't report him in game. I'm so sure it was a DDOS because both me and my teammate were kicked out of the game and the party, however internet in the whole house was working. I looked all his teammates up, but they have their profiles opened and they have some wins and losses, but this guy has his profile closed. Could Bungie's employees look up this guy and see if he was cheating ? His psn and gamertag starts with {REDACTED}. I would appreciate if you could swing your Banhammer on this dude. Thanks!
I've taken the liberty of removing the gaming account names of the person(s) who you stated were cheating.

If those reports and the investigation bear fruit, the cheaters will be dealt with. But things like making a vid, creating a topic, and/or naming them here on the forums serves no purpose and has no benefit. For those who who want to take the extra step, or were kicked from the game (and are unable to access the reporting tool), Bungie has created a Cheating Submission Form that allows players to find the PGCR (Post Game Carnage Report) from their personal history, fill out an official report, describe the cheating, and even link a vid (if they have one). Please feel free and encouraged to use this tool, but pay close attention to the warnings on the form.
* If you are not confident that a player was cheating, do not use this form.
* Abuse of this contact form may result in account restrictions.
* Fraudulent reports and submissions unrelated to cheating may result in disciplinary actions against your account.

Regardless if the accused was cheating or not, it’s a damn shame you get in more trouble for naming said accused. Why can’t people be like “hey. Don’t play with this guy/gal! They cheat!”
the internet and humanity. That’s why. People in the gaming community tend to overreact and become digital terrorists.
It against the TOS to put their names in the forums
-
Yet you still play
-
Just FYI, these guys punish name and shame harder than they do actual cheaters. If your post gets "ninja justice" or whatever bullshit they call it, that would be why.

You know what would fix this and many other issues plaguing crucible.... Dedicated Servers.
-
That not a DDoS, if it was you wouldn't be able to access any internet related devices. The issue seems to be a PSN issue. But as a tactic, DDoS is the best way to win easy games. Try it 👍

"however internet in the whole house was working." This means it actually wasn't a DDoS.
-
calling someone out with their gamer tag on here is against tos

Insert slowpoke/internet explorer meme here

Remove the name, the Ninjas here ban players for Name and Shame. Also they seem to hit every thread almost Immediately after I do, maybe they keep tabs on who they've Muted before.
-
since matches are server based this wasnt a DDoS as no one would be in the match. also remove the persons name as you have ZERO proof it was them on top of the fact naming and shaming is against TOS and will only get YOU in trouble.

Ban inbound!

That's not how a DDoS works...
