Polaris Lance Catalyst not registering perfect 5th kills
I've killed more than 50 (a variety of enemy types and species) with the perfect 5th blast and my counter for the catalyst is still at 3/50. What gives? Yes I'm sure I killed them with the perfect fifth because they didn't die until it detonated, and no there wasn't any other players around killing them.

I've tried every guide video and location with many DOT burn kills and can't get a single one to register on the catalyst

An easy spot I've found to do this step at is, in the first thrall way. Face the first big stairs the thrall will run up in a single file line get precision 4 hits, then shoot the ground next to the next few thrall. Note this may not the fastest way but its effective.

Very simple when all 4 lights around the scope are illuminated shoot at the ground near the ads don’t kill the ads. I had the best success using the lost sector on Mercury. Took about 25-35 runs to complete the catalyst.

1 ReplyIts not the explosion or the bullet, its the BURN that needs to kill them. Which is silly in my opinion. But yeah, it has to be the burn.

4 RepliesHello, You need to defeat enemies with the burn DoT, not the actual explosion itself for it to count towards the Perfect Fifth kills. I've seen other users complete this requirement in the Castellum of the raid. There are also a lot of tutorials on YouTube that can make your life a lot more easier.
