As the title says. We have been trying to recover this account for my friend for a while now with no luck what-so-ever. No matter how many times we try to reclaim it with the recovery process described in the help section of bungie.net, the account doesn't appear. We started a post earlier that went unnoticed by any bungie mentor/staff/ninja/samurai (you get the point).
I implore you to help. The three month limit before the account gets deleted is almost here!
Upvote for visibility please! And thank you.

Edited by BNGHelp6: 6/28/2018 4:48:56 PMGreetings. I see that Eriena has been helping you figure out how to restore your account. From what I've seen in your exchange, you have three Bungie.net accounts: (A) the original 2014 account, (B) a 105 day old Xbox & PSN account, and (C) a 70 day old Xbox Live account. From reviewing your exchange, your PSN account was originally attached to A, but when logging in using your XBL Gamertag, you created B and then linked your PSN to B, thus, removing a way to log into A. You created C as a dummy account? As Eriena said, you need to remove your PSN from B and then try logging in (or clicking "Join Up") via your PSN account, which will start the recovery process. You may want to clear your cookies and cache in your web browser after removing your PSN account but before trying to log in. However, if there is no way to log into A, it may not be possible to attach your PSN to A because it has been orphaned (even though it hasn't been 90 days, since there is no way to log into the account, it would have been orphaned automatically when this originally occurred).
