No light could be seen inside of it. The outside of the cave had chains hanging over the entrance, rusted and black. The team stood on a grassy patch as Robo Owl began to step forward... “Well throw me in a pile of leaves and call me Russle, we found Alphos’ nest. I still don’t trust that Zen guy one bit...” says the robot as he observes the entrance. He eventually goes towards the entrance. Artemis started for the cave’s entrance as deatheater walked at her side. She let out a whisper to him... “Something will go wrong... I just know it. But no matter the prey, I will have it’s head. Be careful, will you?” “Of course I will... I’m a reaper...” Says Deatheater. Diana began to walk alongside ImmaDrizzit as they followed the other three into the darkness of the cave. Zen looked at the cave with fear... “They say that once every decade Alphos and Zhul-Gamma come out to preform the Reapening...” He says as practically shivers in fear. “Reapening? Sounds Interesting. Better read up on that.” Says MagicSpaceKitty as she looks at Zen with curiosity. Cell-3 began to walk forward into the darkness of the cave, and the rest of the team followed him in. ManofLight let out a few words as the darkness had engulfed the team... “I can totally see perfectly in this cave...” As if ManofLight’s sentence was a command, Phoenix lit up with fire, providing light for the team to observe their surroundings. As the team of 16 huddled together, they could no longer see the daylight behind them. Skulls of various animals littered the floor. Giant rocks hung from the ceiling. A huge dragon skull could be seen in front of them, with a broken mouth forming somewhat of a pathway through it. The team traversed the skull, swiftly going past it as the sound of dripping water greeted their ears. They had eventually reached a dead end with a small hole, but the sound of water had become louder... “Can we fit in that hole? I really want to see what’s on the other side!” Says Snowy as the figure observes the wall blocking their way. “Step aside. Owl take care of this...” says Robo Owl as his mech stomps in front of the wall, revealing a glistening drill emerging from where the Owl mech’s beak once was... “I fear that the team will be harmed in the breaking of this wall. I should go first...” says ImmaDrizzit as the hole grows larger... “Only if you let me come with you. You might get hurt...” says Diana as she takes the paladin’s helm off to cut him a worried look... “What do you mean “might”? Of course he’ll get hurt...” Adds Foofer as the wall that once was a barrier starts to crack a bit. The team stands in silence for about five minutes before Robo Owl leaves the wall with a bigger hole, about five feet tall. ImmaDrizzit charges in first, grasping the hilt of his Sanguistia sword. Diana follows, holding her staff to her side. MagicSpaceKitty and Deatheater go through the hole after the rest of the team swiftly travels through it to the other side. Scott whines as his owner grunts with pain... “My head... it throbs with pain...” says MagicSpaceKitty as she stumbled through the hole... “Damnit.... you think Alphos will control us?” Says Deatheater, as he follows the Arcane Strategist. His question is met with a quick nod from MagicSpaceKitty. On the other side, the team of 16 lines up horizontally. The room’s features were visible without the light from Phoenix . TotallyNotThor’s mouth drops open as he takes in the giant room. It had huge stones jutting violently out of the ground in a disorganized fashion, it had black and shiny stalactites, and it was as large as Valkyr town itself... “I... I can’t believe my eyes...” says TotallyNotThor as Onyxia rushes up to him, whining... “Heh...” Says Notorious as he nervously looks around him. He spots a giant crater in the middle of the room. Dark Wisps seemed to be coming out of it. Deatheater starts to groan in pain, and MagicSpaceKitty falls to the ground unconscious... “Alphos... I... I can hear him.... in my head.....” says Deatheater through his short breaths. The team had their eyes locked on the Reaper, who’s chest seemed to be enveloped in dark wisps. Diana was kneeling next to MagicSpaceKitty, looking at her with worry... “Deatheater....no...” Says Artemis as she pushes to the front of the group... “No!” She adds once again as she hugs the reaper. The reaper looks at her, his arms at his side. His eyes slowly turn red. His teeth seemed to grow longer. His nails transformed into claws. MagicSpaceKitty remains on the floor, unchanged... “Pathetic One.... You should’ve ended this host while he was weak....” Says Deatheater in a grim voice. He grabs his Twilight Scythe and he stares at Artemis, his eyes blood red... “It is time for Alphos to get his revenge. It is time... for the Reapening...” Says a voice, echoing behind the team. The team turns around to see a huge black dragon, flying in the air in front of them... “Little Ones, Little Ones... The Reapening is here... “ Alphos says as his eerie words echo around the chamber...
