pretty pathetic that all this gay stuff is showing up in material younger children have access to. I feel as though this gay stuff is being pushed on kids today to warp their minds and change them. The problem lies in the fact it is set up to make them gay, in a sense. Teachers in school "oh its okay for little Billy to wear a dress when he is 5 years old", this kind of brainwashing. People pushing young children to become gay should be locked away in a special place in hell. It is what it is.

  • I don't think anyone is actually trying to specifically make children gay. But it is a new aspect in our culture that is forced really hard in forms of bad media. In these comics Ana Bray isn't a legendary hunter (maybe she is for like 2 pages) she's a homosexual guardian that has a relationship. So, instead of the little kid reading it that really likes Ana Bray being like wow I want to be just like her and be an awesome guardian! They might instead be like, "wow! Ana Bray is gay? I want to be just like her!" When they weren't even gay in the first place. Yes I get that children won't even understand their sexuality at that age. That's why I said children aren't really being made gay. But I do think that homosexuality is forced in a lot of media for literally no reason other than to be like "HEY LOOK! I MADE A GAY CHARACTERRRRRRRRR!" "DIVERSITY! PRAISE ME AS AN AUTHOR!". An example of homosexuality that is not forced and is simply a side part of the story in children's media is Steven Universe. All of the Gems in the show act like females, and are identified as SHE. But they never spend time pointing at their relationships going! OH SHIT! THEY'RE HOMOSEXUAL. It's just part of the story that they are, and they don't focus so much on it.

  • Steven Universe isn't made for teens+. It's made for kids. So the focus is put elsewhere. The Ana comic was giving back story as to why Ana fights. Why she does what she does. For love. Just so happens that her love is for another woman and not a man. Destiny is rated teen. Teens which are able to understand more about the world around them. So this little thing about "brainwashing kids" has nothing to do with Destiny. If Ana loved a man, this Ana comic would not have blown up to became the issue it is now. Ana loving a woman, is a part of HER story. The comic is about Ana's life. Should that not include the love she had? The reason she fights?

  • Literally all guardians already have a reason to fight. To protect humanity/the last city. Most people couldn't care less that she loves a powerless human and has to protect them specifically. I want plot progression. Not 20 pages telling me how she loves someone. I really don't care if she's a woman or a man. I wanted action.

As far as ‘brainwashing’ kids to be gay, unless you were gay, I think you’d grow up, realise as a guy you don’t actually like penis and just like women instead. Just like kids generally grow up being taught about ‘a man and a woman’ and then if they are gay deep down when they grow up, come out as gay. Now religion, there’s brainwashing at its finest! You shouldn’t be able to teach someone about religion until they are at least 18. Bet there would be a lot less religious people around if that were the case.

There are so many high schoolers now that are so confused that they say "better to believe it and have it be real than to not believe it at all right?". And at that point I'm like, BOI. That's not even the point of that religion. If you are having doubts thats because you realize that it's stupid. So just stop supporting it.
