For what it’s worth, Devrim is gay. (And what’s more, he’s been gay since Wham!.) there’s an interview with the voice actor somewhere where he verified it.

I believe it’s just a rumor but either way his sexuality doesn’t matter and is never even mentioned. Therefore I don’t really care. If every time I open an engram from him he says something about his sexuality that would be annoying. Same if he was straight
