oh i agree with the latter, but i don't care about what the universe does or doesn't care about. if you had a son that you found out was gay would you disown them? if no lives matter like you say then whats the big deal about throwing him out on the street right? point is most every person has people in their life that they care about making those lives matter to those individuals. so sure the universe doesn't care about us and in the grand scheme of things our lives don't really matter but we can care about others and matter to others.
