Unlike the liberals, I actually decided to do my own research. I checked the comic and I came across the name Margaret Stohl. Now, i'm not much of a Marvel reader, but even I know how much of a crappy writer she is. She's an SJW to the bone. Doesn't it seem in the slightest bit possibility, that maybe, JUST MAYBE, she made Ana Bray a lesbian just to fulfil a diversity quota? It wouldn't be the first time its happened. Look at Bobby Drake from the X-men. Oh, and before any of you label me a "homophobic, racist, sexist, etc", i'd like you all to remember that not all homosexuals belong to a hive mind. They can think for themselves and form their own opinions. I bet there is a significant statistic out there that can't stand this diversity crap just as much as a straight person. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/242554517

  • well the problem is the people who have problems with. its not worth noticing. unless you are bigots you dont need to take note of it. it completely passed me by until several threads complaining about it. the problem is in the minds of the complainers, add in also that if there were NO minority group characters, someone of those minority activist groups who dont even play, would go to the press raving about how racist/anti-LBGT/male chauvinist bungie are and offend you all by claiming you must all be too because you gave bungie money and play the game, or even frequent the forum. THATS ramming it down your throat. bungie are trying to avoid giving an opportunity to people like those women (anti-transexual) who tried to take over the london pride march with slogans like men cant be lesbians/women or whatever their beef is with trans people either post or pre op (not sure which; sounds more like they were anti men than anything else).

So, I'm pretty middle of the road when it comes to political issues. When it comes to certain issues I'm very conservative, when it comes to other issues I'm very liberal. When looking at social issues, I tend to lean toward the liberal side of things. So in this case, you could say I'm a liberal. That being said, I read the comic as well and here is what I draw from it. It's a story centering on Ana Bray and her search for knowledge and a "pack" so to say. My biggest gripe with the comic is that it tries to do too much in too little time. You can't tell a persons story and a love story in twelve pages. If you want to believe the SJW bogeyman is trying to put diversity into your comics to propagate some leftist agenda, cool, but the possibility is also out there that maybe it's just a bad comic.
