When the pressure builds up enough, you can release in the form of a powerful Super. A successful super will leave behind spots of Light known as Orbs. These can be absorbed into ally's to feed their own Light, and thus, charge their Super. Why don't you try to build up your Light from some of the orbs I made over there."
Validus strode over to the orbs and went to go and grab them. As his hand drew near, the orbs turned into a beam, which transferred into his hands. Validus was now orbited by a couple swirls of while light. Patriot nodded.
"I want you to try to unleash your super into those training dummies I've set up over there."
Validus narrowed his eyes at the training dummies and charged.
"YAAAAAAHHHH!" He screamed as he lept into the air and unleashed the Light stored within his body.

"Focus now." Joden said, "Imagine all of your power flowing into your knife. Now, release it all at once!"
Cosmo unsheathed his knife and concentrated. A moment later, a series of blue sparks lit up the edge of his blade.
"Not bad," Joden affirmed, "but it's not a true Arc Blade. But you're starting to get the hang of it. We'll make a Bladedancer of you yet."
/
The air was filled with a blinding flash, and air molecules themselves hummed with a heated energy. The field of grass and snow had been ruptured by a small black crater, with a Titan kneeling at the center.
Validus stood, his hands and forearms still sparking with stray electricity.
"Bravo." Patriot clapped. "You're finally starting to get the hand of it. But we both know that you can do better, so let's try that again."
Patriot spread his arms outward,
the Void tingling his fingertips. He seemed to be pushing the very world apart. As he did, a purple dome of energy appeared around him. Some of the energy left Patriot's body and bundled into small orbs, which softly fell to the ground. Validus scooped up the orbs of light and he felt his energy rejuvenate. Patriot gestured to another group of targets. Validus rushed towards them.

Cosmo shifted his grip on his knife and lunged forwards. SNAP! His entire body became alight with Arc energy. His knife doubled in size, fueled by Light within Cosmo's body. He felt more agile than he ever had been before. With a nod and wave of Joden's hand, Cosmo dashed towards some crude representations of Fallen Dregs. Every slash cleaved a target in two, the pieces vaporizing behind him as Cosmo rushed to the next. For a minute, it was as though he was some sort of demon. He whirled, slashed and stabbed through his enemies, feeling completely untouchable. However, the more he swung his blade, the more his energy levels dropped. He couldn't keep this up forever. He knew that his super would end any second, but he still had one more target to go. Right before his power petered out, he made one last swipe at his target, even though it was well out of his range. To his surprise however, the swing launched the last bit of his energy at the target, traveling along the ground in some sort of wave. The wave of Arc energy demolished the target, vaporizing it into sparks and steam.
Joden raised an eyebrow. "Impressive, he said, "I never would have expected such a newly realized Bladedancer to be able to use Razor's Edge. Good technique, Cosmo. I think we can officially call you a Bladedancer now."

Validus jumped high into the air, using his Light to propel him even higher than physically possible. When he reached the apex of his jump, he released the energy he had stored up. However, instead of the standard ground smash form of the Fist of Havoc, he repurposed his position and Light to take a greater advantage of his kinetic energy. The result was an incredibly fast dive that propelled Valius towards the ground quicker than he has ever gone before. With one arm extended outwards, and hurtling towards the ground at an angle, he almost resembled a superhero told in old Golden Age stories. There was an explosion of energy and a massive crater filled the ground. Validus stood from the kneel he landed in and looked to his mentor for approval. Patriot nodded.
Unbeknownst to the two Titans however, was the figure watching them from high up on a cliff. The armored being lay on the cliff's edge, taking the scene in through a sniper rifle. "His Light is incredibly strong, though he is still far from reaching his true potential." A male voice said from under his helmet.
"I knew it would be," A female voice echoed over the comms. "Report back to me so I can get a bigger idea of the Light the Titan possesses." The figure stood up on the cliff. The sun caught his heavy black and golden armor. Hanging from the belt was a mark of cloth, embroidered with the symbol of an eye.
"Do you really think he will be worthy to join the ranks of the Sunbreakers, Ouros?" The Titan asked.
"We shall see, in time." Ouros' voice answered.
Click here for the next chapter
