So in this most recent iron banner event i have turned in over 45 engrams to shaxx in order to get the cloak of efrideet, and it makes me angry that I haven't gotten the cloak, i know its a petty complaint but isn't 45 too many to turn in to not even get the item? idk if the RNG is bad or if it favors other players, either way i don't feel like this is a problem that can be fixed but it's unfair that i grinded for a week straight just to not even get the most basic of rewards.
