Which D2 heart emblem are you referring to? Heart of the City can only be obtained by purchasing the pins bundle in the Bungie Store and waiting for the physical pins to arrive. There is a code printed on a slip with the package for you to redeem. Planet of Peace can only be obtained by either purchasing [url=https://bungiestore.com/products/destiny-2-bungie-foundation-collectible-pin-with-emblem]this pin[/url] (like I have), or by purchasing the Destiny-themed Humble Bundle that was available in June that also included the pin. If there was a Bungie Foundation offer that if you donated money you would receive an emblem, make sure to check the rules for receiving the emblem. I know in D1, to get charity emblems you had to either donate a minimum of $25, $50 or buy a tshirt.
