So I don't know about everybody else, but I order my Solstice of Heroes T-shirt on August 17 and still do not have it. I've gotten no follow up from the Bungie store about whether my shirt as been mailed. I was told when I purchased my shirt that details of my order would be texted to me and I haven't heard anything. I reached out to Customer Service yesterday and still haven't gotten any information... It's definitely frustrating there is no number for me to call to talk to a live person. It's also annoying that Bungie has made me grind in this game for some cool stuff and are not being helpful at all. Any advice community? This definitely has left me hesitant about diving into Forsaken with this is the level of player support Bungie has been providing me...
Would love some insight...

Don’t worry I haven’t gotten mine yet either but my ok friend bought his the same day as me and he has had his for 2 weeks now. It doesn’t suck but it does say it could take awhile.

It was a charity event, the shirt doesn't go to you. You actually paid $25 to Bungieso they would give a MoT shirt to a homeless person. ... I'm just messing with you. As stated a few times already, it will likely be three weeks to a month before you get your shirt. That said... how many people read those first two sentences and started typing their "yu r stooped" replies before getting to thethird sentence?

Mate it stated in the ordering that the shirts take 2-3 weeks to make after ordering let alone delivery on top of that. Patience.

As stated in the description of the shirt, you will get a confirmation of shipment [u]2-3 weeks after your order was put in[/u]. So expect 4-8 weeks from the date of your order to actually get your shirt in hand (depending on where you live) If you ordered on Aug 17, then it has been just barely over 2 weeks. You should get an email or text any time over the next week. If you don't, contact customer support again.
