I think it would be best to make it easier to gain each of the new supers. These are part of tge reason people bought the game and now it's very tough to get. If tge blind well allowed for matchmaking I wouldn't have an issue, but I cant control the other people in my patrol lobby. Eventually we'll to where less and less people are participating in the blind well because they already have all three supers which will make it that much harder for those who dont get it. The way I see it there are three possible solutions. 1.reset visions of light. 2. Make it a guaranteed drop at least once a week. 3. Allow for matchmaking or let a fireteam of 6 go on patrol together.
