What's with the Exotic drop rates?
I have seen 1 exotic drop since Forsaken came out and it was Vigilance Wing. Any idea the best place to get them now?

Nowhere, they just plain don't drop. Just wait until xur starts selling or bungie gets their collective heads out of their asses and fixes drop rates.
