Then we are going to do the following:
Take SBMM out of Iron Banner
Nerf Telesto projectile damage in PvP
Add ammo to snipers + reduce flinch + take out sway all together
Add random rolls to armor based on stats
Add the Stability perk to the gunsmith

Sbmm shouldn't be removed from iron banner, it's suppose to be a competitive 6v6 PvP event. It's supposed to have it.
