And my point was that there was no need to nerf the weapon type at all. No game breaking reason to nerf it and nobody asked for it. My point on the pvp side of it it’s because they always did it because of pvp in the past. But the main point remains and which EVERYONE else has liked or agreed with me still stands. My point was understood and agreed on and liked and you still keep on saying that they said it was pve only. I can clearly read it was said by DMG that it was for pve only but I was bringing up a valid truth on their nerfing in the past. Geez. I’m done.

In your post you say, in all caps, SEPARATE PVE FROM PVP ALREADY. When In fact, that was the case. You weren’t bringing up a valid truth when you thought the scout rifle nerf was for both pve and pvp, when it was just for pve. Your statement was wrong yet you keep acting like you said something else.
-
I never thought the nerf was for both modes asshole. I clearly made a -blam!-ing statement on things they have done in the past. Can you -blam!-ing get the point like EVERYONE ELSE HAS. DAMN TROLL!!!
-
Obviously you did when you say separate pve from pvp already.
-
Everyone knows the real reason why they nerf weapons. Do you actually believe what they said and the reasons on why they did it? Where have you been since D1 ? Everyone else knew exactly what I meant and why I said it. You’re a damn troll. You knew exactly what I meant just like everyone else did. You’re probably the type to believe every word that the bungietards say. They have been lying to the community about all sorts of things. Do your research. Stop trolling.

D1 was D1, this is D2. They nerfed scouts for pve, that’s why. I’m not trying to troll but you can keep saying that. Yes, I played D1 and know the track record, but the past is the past.

As a matter of fact, you should see less Mida Multitool in Crucible right now because of that nerf due to PvP.
-
What Mida nerf? I never recall seeing Mida being nerfed for pvp.
-
15% nerf on scout in general , affected Mida
-
When was it?

Edited by Galaxyfarer: 9/24/2018 5:19:44 PM
Scout Rifle Damage At the release of Destiny 2: Forsaken, Scout Rifle damage was reduced for PvE activities. This was further impacted by an issue where Explosive Rounds were negatively effecting damage, which was addressed in a recent hotfix. To further address the player feedback, we are planning to increase Scout Rifle damage by 15% in a future patch. Stay tuned for updates.
I bet that this 15% is affected PvP as well since there were no way to separate PvE and PvP.

Exactly
-
Ok, the post you quoted doesn’t say that scout’s were nerfed by 15%
-
Just because they don’t say it doesn’t mean that it isn’t so. Bungie has been doing this for years. There is no way to separate pvp with pve. This has been one of the biggest gripes the community has with bungie.
-
How do you know that there isn’t any way? Light levels aren’t enabled in regular pvp, yet they are in pve.
