This was pretty crappy on your part Bungie. Nobody was complaining about scouts being too strong or too weak. The only reason I can think of that you did this was to PUSH players to use pulse rifles and bows as these are the new weapons you "want" us to use rather than our trusty and accurate scouts. Make all weapons effective and let the players choose what best fits their play style.
