I bet that this 15% is affected PvP as well since there were no way to separate PvE and PvP.

Just because they don’t say it doesn’t mean that it isn’t so. Bungie has been doing this for years. There is no way to separate pvp with pve. This has been one of the biggest gripes the community has with bungie.

How do you know that there isn’t any way? Light levels aren’t enabled in regular pvp, yet they are in pve.
