Hello I need help my game says that I need to speak to Hawthorne for a powerful reward but nothing is there when I go to her but it still says to speak with her

Try clearing your console cache then checking your tower map again to see if it still tells you to talk to Hawthorn.

It still says to talk to her and I went to her and she still has nothing for me
