Wow. Yeah. Okay the method of obtaining needs to change. No players should be able to influence a quest drop like this. disgusting. EDIT: Personally i'd make it so you can get the drop from killing the boss OR resetting your rank. That way lucky players can get it earlier. But there is a guaranteed way to earn it so players don't feel totally screwed by RNG/trolls.
