For some reason I have this problem but my friends don't as we are doing quests it will randomly freeze my character and say loading at the bottom of the screen, my friends don't have that at all so really confused as to why I'm the only one experiencing it. Also for some reason I am having difficulty streaming it without severe lag. I'm on best internet package with provider. I7 4.0 Quad Core Processor NVIDIA GeForce 1080 16GB ram all my settings graphically are low, my framerate is capped at 30 and vsync is off yet i still have these issues, any suggestions?
