So not only did Bungie lock this quest behind an extremely rare Boss spawn, but it's also straight up impossible to get if the enemy team just decides to dip out on you if it spawns..
How did nobody at Bungie see this as a problem?

Hard to anticipate exactly how toxic people can be. I mean i expect that you guys are all racist angry selfish pricks, but a game designer is probably just hoping you're gonna set that stuff aside if you're trying to play games and have fun.

For Bungie, predicting how toxic players can and will be should be second nature to them. They have an entire series of... 5 Halo games (CE, 2, 3, ODST, Reach, maybe 6 if they did the CE Remastered) to look back on and see what kinds of bullshyte was brought on in PvP and general shenanigans.

-blam!-ing with people is some people's way of having fun

How did nobody a bungie see this as a problem? How did half the crap that gets put into the game not been seen as a problem, like honestly. Masterwork cores for every infusion? Exotics being so rare only to get all the year 1 exotics we've been getting for the past year over and over?

Edited by gdw1999: 9/30/2018 5:17:11 PMHonestly the the changes were made for the people who dipped as soon as they found out destiny 2 was a gutted game. I just started playing since I heard that the progression is fixed and I love it

It's like nobody playtests this game 🤔
-
No, I am sure bungie play tests, but when they do they have stacks of every material in the game, and every exotic already on the accounts they play on and don't remember that not every -blam!-ing player has a vast supply of materials. Plus the people are bungie arent exaclty the best at playing their own damn game so they dont try to think of how their playerbase will play the game and assume that their play style is EVERY players palystyle.
