He has too, otherwise bungie will pull the post. You are not allowed to call people out in the forums. If I had any faith that bungie would follow up on complaints and do ANYTHING about it, then I'd be fine with what policy. As it is though it just sucks that theres some players that get more joy out of being a jerk to someone than helping.
