I have encountered a gamebreaking glitch that has prevented me from progressing in many aspects of the game. Whenever I get any strike specific loot, the drop shows as picked up but when I was removed back to orbit, the loot is no longer in my inventory, nor does it show as being obtained at all from my collections. This is a MAJOR issue. Please advise.
