If flinch were to stay in the game then weapons should only flinch in their ranges. Hand cannons, autos and some pulses should have flinch in close to medium range. A hand cannon shouldn't shouldn't be flinching a sniper in scout rifle ranges. Scouts should have the best flinch against snipers in further ranges. It's like how battlefield had bullet suppression in bf3. If people were laying down machine gun fire in the right range the suppression was severe. The screen got blurry. But as you got further away it wasnt so bad unless a sniper was shooting at you.
