the snipers now got work for there gear to not flinch , on rng rolls . or xur exotic or rng exotic that nuetral the flinch back to destiny 1 .
I almost got a no vacanccy fusion rile from destiny 1 , still missing one roll , got mod to it .,

The flinch reduction on enhanced unflinching perks is frankly unnoticeable
