Fated Engram gave Exotic I already owned?
Am I misunderstanding the fated engram? I thought it was supposed to only give you exotics you do not already have unlocked. Instead I got an armor piece (FR0ST-EE5) that I had already unlocked. Really frustrating to spend 97 shards on something I don't want and already have.
Anyone else experiencing this? If it's not intended behavior, can I get the shards credited back to my account? I don't want to have to spend hours grinding in this game to then throw it away for items that I already have.

If you already have all the exotics for the class you're on and exotic weapons, it'll drop dupes. Forsaken exotics won't drop until a later date.
