I believe "10 (max)" is not enough. The big bounty, next biggest, and small bounty cost 10 fragments. There are 12 bounties costing 37 fragments (what I counted), per character, totaling 111 for all the characters. I understand, grinding out fragments is part of the challenge, but complete the daily bounties and pop a few chests and the fragments max easily. Perhaps 20 fragments (max) is a more reasonable number to cut down trips to see spider.
