The Synthoceps gauntlets was one of the first exotic items I've gotten in destiny 2. I still have them in my inventory and 2 weeks in a row now I've purchased Fated Engrams from Xur and both times I've received the Synthoceps gauntlets for my titan. I certainly do not have every exotic to start double up items This is extremely frustrating!!! I look forward every week to grab the engram in hope of getting something new to try out. Once is annoying but twice now. come on Bungie, you guys are better than that.
