I pre-purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition for $99.99 which came with an expansion pass. Now, I need to pay another $40 despite being promised all expansions? I really hope this is just a bug because if I paid $100 for the under-developed version of the game and it's under-developed expansions, but now I have to pay more to experience the "real" game I'd be pissed. This is exactly what users expected out of this sequel.
"Digital Deluxe Edition" and "Expansion Pass" are still listed under the product level on battle.net.
Also, finding any kind of support for this game was abysmal; I ran through 5 websites trying to find something official, but this forum is all I came up with in the end.

...you were not promised all expansions...

Reading seems to be hard for many people on these forums...

Bit late with this don’t ya think

The expansion pass clearly says it only has curse of osiris and warmind.

You were not "promised all expansions". I pre-ordered The Digital Deluxe and the Expansion Pass on the first day it was available to order. I already knew that at some point prior to September of this year I would be pre-ordering whatever was coming then (which turned out to be Forsaken). You know why I knew I would be paying for Forsaken? That is because I knew exactly what I was paying for when I pre-ordered D2 and the pass. I took a moment to actually read the words on the screen prior to spending the money I worked for.

Mate, the expansion pass clearly says for expansion 1&2 even before we knew Forsaken would exist

i know it's totally ridiculous and stupid just to make uldren pay for what he did you know what i do instead? watch cutscenes of the DLC to save money

Just found other forums regarding this :/ Because it's "DLC", it's not counted as an expansion. Also pretty cool that the expansion pack is $40, but both expansions ended up being $35 in a bundle later. Way to back early investors - I really feel like I got my money's worth 🙄 Never going with another Bungie/Activision game again. Before anyone chastises me for pre-purchasing: it was because I wanted something to play with my brothers who were around the world at the time. Forgive me for expecting a game produced by such a large and prominent company to deliver on promises, and not use underhanded methods to explain away lies.

Edited by BADMAGIK: 10/26/2018 10:58:58 PMUnfortunately your original purchase was for year 1. Year 2 has begun and Bungie is charging for it.....again.
