Faction 4: Hive
-Strengths:
•Fast and cheap infantry productions, and unlocking special research options allow the Hive to either come back from the dead instantly when activated, or be re-spawned at your main base with more HP for a short time.
•Increased Line of Sight
•Can take over vehicles with specialized units
•Powerful air units
-Weaknesses
•No vehicles of their own
•Cheaper units also make weaker units.
Main building: Swarm Brood
-Tier 1: Swarm nest
-Tier 2: Infested Halls
-Tier 3: Halls of the Ascendant
Infantry: Brood halls
-Core Infantry: Acolytes. Nimble and easily useable. Upgrades allow for more acolytes in the squad.
-Anti Infantry: Thralls. Weak, but deal good damage to Infantry. Upgrades allow for more damage against air units.
-Anti Vehicle / Anti Building: Knight boomers. Two knights equip with boomers. Boomers deal huge damage to vehicles and turrets.
-Anti Air / Anti Infantry: Adherents. Acolytes equipped with snipers. Air units fall quickly to these acolytes. Infantry less so.
Air: Hall of Screams
-Core Air: Infesters. Small and nimble air, can infect vehicles and air units and turn them over to control of the hive. Upgrades allow for increased armor when taking control of vehicles. Infesters are lost when taking over vehicles. Good against vehicles and air, but weak to buildings and infantry.
-Support Air: Witches. Witches can heal and damage enemy units. Upgrades allow for smoke clouds, poisoning enemies over time while healing allies. Moderate damage all around.
-Artillery Air: Shrieker. Mobile artillery unit. When not set up, shriekers deal good damage to infantry and other air. When set up, deals good sustain damage to all unit types except for buildings. Very weak to Anti Air.
-Ultra Air. Wraith: Large flying dragon like hive creature. Deals good damage to all unit types with significant health. Very weak from Anti Air though.
Research: Worlds grave
-Super Unit: Ogre Abomination. Large Ogre with extreme damage in the form of sustained beam damage. Can stomp to stun and deal damage to any and all ground units.
Leaders:
-Dûl Incaru, The Eternal Return
“A powerful witch, with only one goal in her mind. Death to anything that is not considered an ally. He powers allow for time to slow down, increasing her units speeds while slowing down the enemy. The only disadvantages for her are that her leader powers are on a long timer, and requires more accuracy than other leader powers against enemy units.”
I NEED HELP
I need ideas for Hive leaders. Anything works at this point so far, as long I can get some more help. Whoever gives me a great leader, I can credit you for the name for as long as this list lasts (chances are until Destiny 3 comes out)

*sips hot cider*
-
Brood Halls? Why do they suddenly not rise from black goo like they do in game? That would be a lot better.
-
Thrall that deal good damage against air? Um wtf
-
Edited by marlo321: 11/2/2018 9:25:38 PMYou need a worm god leader that is a defensive building. Can relocate on a long cooldown. Spawns worm larva automatically that have a hatching process. They can then combine with the normal troops to buff them permanently.
-
Nokris , Herald of Xol Has an aura around him that empowers units that Stands in it. Empowered units that are killed give Nokris more power. Warpriest Has an aura around him , enemy units that stand in this aura when the warpriest activates his special is instantly killed leaders will only take 20% damage from this

I’ve seen you make a few of these but I was thinking about one other I don’t know if you have it planned already but what about guardians and all them. There could be the redjacks, Hawthorne’s people, guardians, drakes, sparrows (for scouting) and then hero’s could be Osiris, Lord Salidin, ana bray.
-
Edited by marlo321: 11/1/2018 12:48:47 AMYou could also have a worm god leader. He is more of a stationary building with defensive capabilities that could be relocated on a cooldown. He could permanently empower his troops with worm larva. You could do the classic Crota. He is a powerful melee unit and has special units which are high rank knight guards with swords. You could also have an ogre hero unit. He could come with the cursed thrall as a special unit.
-
Like the Swarm. But less purple. I like. Have a sword logic tithing mechanic. The more you kill, the more powerful you become?
-
Try a Worm Boi for one of the leaders or make Quira a leader that uses taken forces rather than Hive.
-
Leader Ideas Korak Xinto, Nokris's Successor "A powerful knight that once served the mighty Crota, only to join a pilgrimage to Mars led by Nokris, forsaken son of Oryx. But when Rasputin Awakened on the Red Planet, and when Nokris and Xol were slain by Guardians, Korak Xinto was forced into power, even though he was but a simple follower of Norkis." Korak's abilities mainly empower himself, both health and damage output. But he does have an upgrade ability that allows him to briefly empower movement speed and armor of nearby troops for a short time.
-
You have a ton of cannon hive gods m to choose from for leaders. You have oryx, Crota, savuthûn, xivu arath, (technically) nokris. Also, for the thrall unit, I would give them an “upgrade” so cursed thrall, where they run at the nearest hostile unit and explode before death.
-
What about Nokris who can resurrect troops? Or the darkblade unleashed?
-
Irrikar, The Blade “Irrikar is a true follower of the sword logic, having mastered it. He became able to get stronger with each enemy he defeats, at the cost of loosing some of his overall agility, making him a slow moving destroyer of large enemies. His sword has claimed the life of many” Hero unit: Renewal Wizard. Returns 5% of the unit’s health every 15 seconds
-
Where do tombships come in?
-
Why not Oryx? Then give him a special leader power to Take enemy units.
-
Urzok the Hated? Maybe he could give a buff to surrounding units?
-
Crota, Son of Oryx (Yeah I know he’s dead, but so was Johnson) Special Unit: Swordbearer/Gatekeeper. Hive Knight with special sword and higher health than a normal knight. Crota can give his units “Ascendence”. “ Ascendence” provides increased damage to units, and the chance for enemies to be promoted. Thrills turn into acolytes (or Ogres if 2 or more wizards exist) acolytes turn into knights. Nokris, Disciple of Xol Special Unit: Ur Gar Knight (The ones that drop the relics) Powerful Knight that drops a soul fire relic on death, causes massive damage to any unit inside the radius. Nokris can drop temporary soul fire crystal that grant increased damage and Health to units, can be destroyed by enemy units

The Burning Knight. "He was burned by the flames and so became the flame." The knight is able to use flame attacks, uses a sword and magic. That's all I got
