I can rarely apply weapon/armor perks or mods, vehicle effects, or shaders. The menu just makes noise and does nothing. I think it has gotten worse since the last patch. Sometimes after I go to orbit, or exit the menu and go back, I can apply a couple of changes, but about three items in it breaks again. It's to the point I hardly try anymore. Is anyone else having this issue? It's consistent for me and has been occurring since I started playing destiny again when Forsaken released.
