Upvote If You Would Like Transmat Effects be Permanent Unlocks Instead of 1x Use.
Could you all make transmat effects permanent unlocks like like weapon an armor modifications?
Always afraid to use them because I might get a ship later that I like better.

1 ReplyI like anything that gets them out of my inventory. With random rolls, you can't have random stuff cluttering up your vault.
