Upvote If You Would Like Transmat Effects be Permanent Unlocks Instead of 1x Use.
Could you all make transmat effects permanent unlocks like like weapon an armor modifications?
Always afraid to use them because I might get a ship later that I like better.

I never use the transmats... and I have a white ship I bought from the tower... ships and transmats serve no porpoises!
