I know this is probably not going to happen but I have an idea for more super customization which may help the OP combos if allowed right now.
What if super skill trees had set bonuses, an example being if you use the entire way of the trapper tree you get full effect of that tree. However if you use way of the trapper with vanishing step and deadfall with the corrosive smoke from way of the wraith and lockdown from way of the pathfinder you lose that full set bonus and the ways this could be done is some perks lose activation time an example of this is flawless execution where it last the full 10 seconds if using the full tree it loses time length depending on how may perks your using from that tree so your using 2 perks instead of the 4 you lose 2 seconds, thereby encourging people to use the full set but still being able to have that customization option. And obviously grenade specific perks would work differently as decreasing the time extension would somewhat be counter entourative for some perks so grenade specific perks would have to have damage fall off for each perk your not using. Now this should apply to most if not all super trees and perks in-game however some perks coincides with the other but i believe this adds more to the decision making for the player as if one perk does not work without the other then the player has decide wether or not to use it. And that's it I hope this helps.
