Listen to me, everyone wants these old exotics or good rolls to come back into qeapons and shit but im just saying all we need for handcannons to have diversity and more usage is luck in the chamber. Im tired of these rolls on handcannons just to find out theyre shit and dont compete with lunas, not forgotten and trust. Luck in the chamber will let you counter that if were being real here...

Luck doesn’t belong in a gun fight.
-
*Hawkmoon wants to know your location
-
LMFAO of coarse a trash player wants more luck brought into a gunfight then skill.
-
No. I bet u are one of those guys that abused final round on snipers LOL.
-
x.....x please god no more magic bullets. Hawkmoon wasn't brought back for a reason. Ace already has magic bullets if you get a kill. I don't want everyone randomly 2 tapping people. Because that's all it is, is luck, not skill. Also, Luna is like a mark of castigation. Having Luna means you've suffered and potentially broken a controller.. I hate getting killed by it, but it's not necessarily everywhere...yet. But I know people at least had to work hard for it. Getting a magic bullet or two as a basic roll is kind of a slap in the face to the folks who worked to get Ace or Luna/NF because LitC is a really unique perk. Point being, getting 2-tapped in D1 by Hawkmoon sucked. If you earn your magic bullets through a meriting effect, that's fine, but not this "I randomly got lucky and killed you in two shots" nonsense. Just my 2 glimmer.
-
If they brought it back, I'd want to see it on a high impact, low magazine, legendary Raid Handcannon And hawkmoon would preferably come from a gruelling quest line that incorporates comp PvP, Gambit, and a mega PvE Grind.
-
This I can get behind. Luna’s is such an annoying hand cannon and really breaks the 180 mold. It would be great to go back to luck I the chamber on certain handcannons.
-
Just use the traveler's chosen. It is great.
Its that first pistol

ikr

lol

why u click

it will be alright

*timewastining*

Why did I write this
they should NEVER bring this perk back. Keep RNG out of gunfights please.
-
Skill In the Chamber*
I’m kidding.
-
"Bring back luck in the chamber!" Everyone: NO! Lucky bullets should not be a thing. "Bring back hawkmoon!" Everyone: YASS!
-
Edited by Phobos113: 11/19/2018 11:40:22 PMLuck in the chamber? Nah, just bring back Hawkmoon. Actually, just bring them both back.

LitC is basically the defining perk which highlights why you can't balance a game like Destiny in both PvE and PvP simultaneously. Games with RPG-like elements often rely on some kind of randomness when damage calculation takes place, and randomness often makes the game more interesting (consider Critical Hits in basically every RPG ever). But in PvP-oriented game modes, randomness is an unwritten, hard 'no'. You absolutely can not have the same gun against the same human enemy spontaneously kill faster than it typically would otherwise. This is why PvPers know exactly how much damage their preferred weapon does to the head and to the body, so that they know how long they need to risk being in the line of fire for, and also so that they have an idea on how many shots they can withstand before being KO'd. How many times (in D1 or D2) have you heard a salty PvPer scream out about 'being one-shot by X'? Yea, that's why Luck in the Chamber won't be back any time soon, and if Hawkmoon does make an appearance, it'll be with a new perkset or the only weapon of its kind. In my opinion, however; screw PvPers, they're the reason why this game isn't remotely what it used to be, it's time to make this a PvE game again...
-
It probably will at some point. They need to vastly improve the perk pool so.
-
The amount of people acting like they aren’t wanting it back is kinda funny. Give it up, we all want it back. It was one of the best perks in the game.
-
Just use sturm and drang
-
Hell no. RNG gunfights
-
LiTC is a bad perk to bring back. Kills should be down to skill not RNG. Take bloom out instead.
-
Edited by RPColten: 11/20/2018 1:49:54 AMWhy do you want an uncontrollable variable that at random will influence gunfights in way not suited for a shooter? Edit: Not to mention it is an even worse perk option for the PvE side of things since it is a single instance of bonus damage. Why would a reasonably competent player look at "LitC" in a positive way, when that same weapon could very easily have Rampage or Kill Clip, which are objectively better damage bonuses since they provide them on a consistent, reliable basis?
-
No. Horrible idea. RNG should not dictate a gunfight. Period.
-
Yeah I want LitC and Kill Clip on my Trust so I can 2 tap doodz with it. That sounds completely reasonable.
-
Bump, and final round while we're at it. Just don't let it affect body-shot damage on sniper rifles.
-
So a perk that is useless in PvE and absurdly strong in PvP. Nah.
-
God no. RNG deciding a usually 3 shot gun is now 2 shot was annoying.
-
And clown cartridge, shoot to loot, hot swap , grenadier
-
With the Luna tearing up everyone, I'd love it!
