Listen to me, everyone wants these old exotics or good rolls to come back into qeapons and shit but im just saying all we need for handcannons to have diversity and more usage is luck in the chamber. Im tired of these rolls on handcannons just to find out theyre shit and dont compete with lunas, not forgotten and trust. Luck in the chamber will let you counter that if were being real here...

LitC is basically the defining perk which highlights why you can't balance a game like Destiny in both PvE and PvP simultaneously. Games with RPG-like elements often rely on some kind of randomness when damage calculation takes place, and randomness often makes the game more interesting (consider Critical Hits in basically every RPG ever). But in PvP-oriented game modes, randomness is an unwritten, hard 'no'. You absolutely can not have the same gun against the same human enemy spontaneously kill faster than it typically would otherwise. This is why PvPers know exactly how much damage their preferred weapon does to the head and to the body, so that they know how long they need to risk being in the line of fire for, and also so that they have an idea on how many shots they can withstand before being KO'd. How many times (in D1 or D2) have you heard a salty PvPer scream out about 'being one-shot by X'? Yea, that's why Luck in the Chamber won't be back any time soon, and if Hawkmoon does make an appearance, it'll be with a new perkset or the only weapon of its kind. In my opinion, however; screw PvPers, they're the reason why this game isn't remotely what it used to be, it's time to make this a PvE game again...
