The dragon age franchise is probably my favorite fantasy RPG. It's lost some of it's traditional roots with DA2-inquisition but it's not held down by so many rules like modern RPGs are. I know one of the DA:O devs went to a different studio who's basing their new game off dragon age origins, it kind of sucks though that kick starter is the only way to get games like that now since the AAA side has no care for the classics.
