Whenever a new emblem drops for me as a loot reward, this happens: - emblem drops as a reward on the right side of my screen. - emblem doesn't show up in my inventory. - emblem not at post master. - emblem unlocked in collections, it's no longer greyed out, but cannot be reclaimed (there's no "press A to reclaim" option). This has happened several times now, most recently with an emblem drop from the heroic blind well chest and an emblem drop from the giant meatball prime evil in Gambit (the Malfeasance boss).
